Sonkol Travel CRM email channel

Sonkol Travel CRM is a private tool for authorized Sonkol Travel staff to manage customer tour inquiries. Its Gmail integration imports new customer email conversations into Tour Requests, displays messages and attachments, and lets managers send replies from the CRM.

The mailbox owner authorizes read and send access through Google. Existing mailbox history is excluded at first connection.
