Conditions of use

Sonkol Travel CRM Gmail integration is intended for authorized Sonkol Travel staff managing customer inquiries. It is not a public mailbox service.

Only the mailbox owner or an authorized administrator may connect the company mailbox. Staff should use the CRM according to their assigned permissions and protect their accounts and customer information.

The email channel permits reading new customer conversations, viewing attachments and sending replies. Staff are responsible for checking recipients, message content and attachments before sending. Delivery and synchronization depend on Gmail and the CRM being available. If delivery is uncertain, check Gmail Sent before submitting the same reply again.
