Gmail privacy notice

Sonkol Travel CRM is a private tool used by authorized Sonkol Travel staff to manage customer tour inquiries. Contact: sonkol.travel@gmail.com.

When the mailbox owner connects Gmail, the CRM requests permission to read mailbox messages and send messages from that mailbox. The integration uses Gmail message history to import new customer conversations from the time of connection. Existing conversations are not imported during the initial setup.

The CRM stores sender and recipient addresses, message subjects, message content, reply relationships and attachment metadata in its server database. Attachments are retrieved from Gmail when an authorized manager opens or downloads them. Managers may send replies and attachments from the CRM.

Access is restricted to authorized staff according to their CRM permissions. Gmail authorization tokens are encrypted in the database. The CRM is hosted on Fly.io, which provides the infrastructure used to process and store this data. The integration does not sell Gmail data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to AI model services. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The mailbox owner can revoke the CRM's authorization through their Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking authorization stops future Gmail access but does not automatically erase messages already stored in the CRM.
